PainTracker was developed years ago when I found myself looking for a way to track my joint pains.
I simply wanted to track the pains I experienced over time to see if there were patterns based on weather, stress, foods or dates.
I also wanted to track the kind of medications I used to resolve them so that when I went to my doctors I could bring stats that could help them take me to the next steps. What I discovered was so very helpful in that my pains seem to be seasonal and so I would start taking some medications early. In just one year, my 12 months of pain went down to 2-3 weeks of pain.
I can now even add my blood pressure data so that i could compare my pains and impact on my pressure.
It's my hope that you'll find benefit to using PainTracker too .

“its really a very amazing app, easy to enter my information and to select the pain I am experiencing, well done.
“First of all hands off to you guys for your effort and nice, super tool. I had surgery and wanted to see how frequently I was using various meds to control the pain. It was encouraging to me to see over a few months how things got better. We sometimes forget when we live day to day so this was great.”
“At first view, looks like a nice innovative tool, i like the great focus and time that was given to the avatar which displays the default pain events, it makes it easy to enter. I also like the reporting to see how often I take a certain medication or experience a pain.”
